    In my reading of Newman (2000), I am fairly certain that Hausa exhibits TAM+agreement polyexponence. In chapter 70.4, p. 569, the completive TAM markers are fused with weak subject pronouns so as not to be decomposable. I am not sure, however, if this restricted TAM+agreement phenomenon would qualify Hausa as a language exhibiting this feature by the researchers’ criteria.
