I have recently been doing a little work on the Hakhun variety of Nocte. There is at least one prefix, which is probably a nominalizer, and takes the form of a schwa or low mid vowel /a/.

Thank you, but that doesn’t affect classifying Nocte as predominantly suffixing, both because this is just one prefix and because Chapter 26 defines this feature in terms of a particular set of inflectional categories that this prefix does not fall into.
