The proximative has the form iš, according to the source. On the whole, the source mentions five pronouns, not three.
But I am afraid that the classification as the “identical” type is incorrect: as in other Nakh-Daghestanian languages, adnominal demonstrative stems do not inflect, and the pronominal ones inflect for case and number (the paradigm is given in the source cited).
