    Dutch uses “zich” as its reflexive pronoun and “zelf” as its intensifier. The combination “zichzelf” is used in practically all cases of reflexivity where a the verb itself isn’t reflexive.
    “Hij schaamt zich.” He is ashamed of himself.
    “Hij ziet zichzelf.” He sees himself.
    “Hij ziet zelf.” He sees (without any aid.)
    “Hij zelf ziet.” or “Hijzelf ziet.” He himself sees.

    These are truly distinct from each other. Thus, shouldn’t this category be marked “distinct”?
