    Portuguese has an inflectional future tense. In Brazil, it is being replaced by an analytic construction with the auxiliary verb “ir”, but it is still in widespread use.

    Like U. M. said, Porutuguese has an inflectional future tense. Dahl 1985: 171-172 affirms that “Ir + a + inf.” is the construction used for the future. However, the construction is “Ir + Inf”, and the inflectional future tense also exists, although it is not as common as “ir + inf.”

    Portuguese absolutely has an inflectional future tense. This is incorrect.
