    Chamereau (2000: 92) provides examples of N-Adj, Adj-N, N-Adj-Adj and Adj-N-Adj as possible orders. She explains that N-Adj is the general order of the two elements, but that it is also possible to find the adjective in a pre-nominal position, with no associated semantic changes.

    The WALS coding is based on the dominant order, which is N-Adj
