Chapter 99 has no examples of marked-nominative/unmarked-accusative alignment with pronouns. It merely restates the examples from chapter 98, which are all full noun-phrases.

Thank you. At first I got only a 404 error, but it turns out that the URL incorrectly included the final closing parenthesis; it was an easy-to-circumvent error. Now I have the examples, and can refer to them in discussions. I appreciate your help!
