This questionnaire was employed for one of the first large-scale dialect surveys in China, notably a survey that was based on lexical data, not solely on character readings. Unfortunately, the concepts themselves are very idiosyncratic and we had to omit many of those terms, as it would have been too tedious add them to the Concepticon right now.
